I stayed at this hotel recently and found the experience disappointing. The room was clean and comfortable, but communication was a major issue, as there were no English-speaking staff members available, making it difficult to get assistance or information. The overall process and organization at the hotel were lacking, which added to the frustration. Although the pool was clean and inviting, the food was below average and did not meet expectations. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers who rely on English or value good service and quality food.
