The location was great. Right in the heart of Old Town but a few streets back and very quiet. The service we received was incredible. One of the largest bathrooms I have had at a European city hotel! Special shout out to the extra large sized towels that come in the room, such a luxury.

Staff and housekeeping were great. Attentive to guest needs. Take advantage of the airport transfers. Location in Old Town Prague is perfect. Easy walk to most of the key sites from the hotel. We stayed in one of the Junior Suites. Great view of the city. Breakfast buffet was delicious.
