I had a very disappointing experience at this resort. I arrived around 1 AM and requested a standard room at the reception, only to be told that none were available for check-in. However, as soon as I booked the same room online via Booking.com, the staff suddenly confirmed availability and allowed me to check in. This is not only unprofessional but also misleading, especially when you’ve just traveled a long distance and are exhausted. The service continued to disappoint. As I was getting ready the next morning, I requested to have my clothes pressed. The reception informed me that laundry services were unavailable at the moment. When I asked for an iron and ironing board to do it myself, they refused again, saying they had none available. Denying even the most basic amenity like an iron board reflects very poorly on the quality of service expected from a resort. This experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Basic customer service, transparency, and essential amenities should not be too much to ask for. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both their hospitality and guest support standards.
