We stayed in the apt. which is in the Jewish neighborhood right next door to Nonna Betta restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful historical building. Great location close to all the sites and also close to Trastevere. Everything we needed was right in this area; wonderful restaurants, laundry services, ATMs, gelato, and plenty of nice shops. It's also close to the Tram. Nice lovely atmosphere outside on the street but the apartment was very quiet. We enjoyed walking everywhere. My sister and I stayed here and we felt perfectly safe walking around at night because it got dark early. We went in Dec. and temps were in the 50's, 30's-40's at night but the apartment stayed nice and warm. We even shut off the heater at times. I don't know how it would be in summer. Large bathroom rare for Rome. Paco showed us the apartment and gave us lots of recommendations, very friendly and helpful. He even showed us how to use the moka for making coffee!
