Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Reception Team I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. A special thanks to the reception staff, especially Mrs. Rawan and Zainab. They were incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their kindness, positive attitude, and quick assistance made everything smooth and enjoyable. They truly represent the hotel in the best way possible.
